Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, without needing to provide any reason.

Return Conditions

For the return to be accepted, products must be returned:

In the original packaging, properly sealed and without signs of use
Accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase
Within a maximum of 14 days after communicating the intention to return

⚠️ Important exception: For reasons of hygiene and safety, returns of opened tinctures or products are not accepted, as provided for in article 17, paragraph e) of Decree-Law no. 24/2014. This exception will always be clearly communicated before the completion of the purchase.

Refunds

After receiving and verifying the returned product, the refund will be processed within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or a shipping error on our part.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at planthamor@gmail.com within 30 days of receipt, with photographs of the product and packaging. We will proceed with replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
