Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding national holidays. After payment confirmation, the order is prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.

2. Shipping Carrier

Shipments are made via CTT — Correios de Portugal (Portuguese Post), with tracking available for most services.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

• Mainland Portugal: 3 to 8 business days
• Islands (Azores and Madeira): 5 to 10 business days

These times are indicative and may vary due to reasons beyond Planthamor's control, such as strikes, weather conditions, or CTT delays.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order weight. The exact amount will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.

5. Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your order on the CTT website: www.ctt.pt

6. Undelivered or Lost Orders
